Ralf Dorsch

Head of Sales

Ralf is an expert in sales with more than 20 years experience in tire industry. Within our projects Ralf focuses on the development of sales strategies and the development of the car dealer channel. His hobbies are motorcycling and skiing.

Florian Neubauer

Consultant

With over 10 years of sales experience in car dealerships, Florian is very knowledgeable about vehicles, aftersales products and processes and understands how to address customer needs. As a Consultant, he brings this knowledge profitably to our customers as well as to our team. Florian is passionate about playing soccer, skiing and spending his vacations in South Africa.

Markus Sprick

Senior Consultant

In his 20 years of professional experience with vehicle manufacturers, from development to aftersales, Markus has focused on market price-oriented purchasing and pricing strategies in the wheel and tire business during the last 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as sailing.

Leonard Pinke

Consultant

Leonard has several years of professional experience in the tire industry, as well as a degree in business administration and training as a tire and vulcanization technician. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience is successfully applied in our customer projects. In his free time, Leonard enjoys spending time in the mountains, whether it’s skiing or road cycling.
